Merge several PowerPoint files into one
Four people sent you four decks and you have to hand in one. Copying slides between files usually ends with broken fonts and mixed masters. This does it in one go and gives you back a .pptx you can still edit.
Step by step
- Open Slide Merger and drop all the files at once.
- Drag the cards to set the order. What you see is what comes out.
- Hit export and download the .pptx.
Worth knowing
- The result is editable. Not a PDF, not a video: a normal .pptx you can keep working on in PowerPoint, Keynote or LibreOffice.
- Slide masters are kept. Each deck brings its own design instead of being flattened into the first one.
- Mix formats. .pptx, .ppt, .odp, PDF, images and videos can all go in the same pile.
- Your files do not stay. They are deleted from the server shortly after the job, and no account is needed.
Frequently asked questions
Are animations and transitions kept?
Per-slide ones usually are. What does not survive are effects that depend on a master the slide does not carry with it, so check the result before you present if your deck relies on unusual templates.
Is there a file or size limit?
No limit on how many. Each file can be up to 4 GB, well beyond what a normal deck needs.
Can I reorder files after uploading?
Yes, drag the cards before exporting. If you get it wrong, remove one and upload it again.
